Terms of Service
Platform aicreators
Effective date: March 11, 2025
These Terms govern access to and use of the aicreators generative AI professional platform (hereinafter — "Service"). By using the Service for fulfilling orders or commercial activities, you confirm your agreement with these terms.
1. User Status and Commercial Use
The Service is designed for generative media specialists (AI freelancers).
- Right to resell: The User has the right to use generation results (video, images, audio) for fulfilling commercial orders of third parties.
- Sublicensing: aicreators grants the user the right to transfer Content rights to the end customer without additional royalties (Royalty-Free).
2. Intellectual Property (IP)
We understand the specifics of the freelance market, so we establish the following rules:
- Output Rights: All exclusive property rights to generated content belong to the User from the moment of generation completion, subject to full subscription payment.
- Uniqueness Guarantee: Due to the nature of AI, aicreators does not guarantee that generated content will not resemble results of other users, however algorithms are tuned for maximum variability.
- Model Training: In freelancer plans (Pro/Ultra), your prompt data and uploaded references are not used for training general models without your explicit consent.
3. Freelancer Obligations to the Client
By using the Service to work with clients, you assume responsibility for:
- Plagiarism Check: The freelancer must independently ensure that the final product does not infringe third-party copyrights.
- Labeling: If the legislation of your client's country requires a "Created with AI" label, the responsibility for such labeling lies with you.
4. Technical Regulations and API

5. Ethical Restrictions and Security
To protect the reputation of the platform and freelance community, it is prohibited to:
- Create content that violates the law (including unauthorized use of real people's likenesses — Deepfakes).
- Use the Service for creating malware or automated disinformation.
- Jailbreaking: Any attempts to bypass model safety filters lead to a permanent ban with revocation of rights to all previously created content.
6. Limitation of Liability
aicreators is not liable for losses incurred by the User as a result of claims from their end customers. We provide the tool; the professional contractor bears responsibility for the final product.
7. Data Confidentiality
We commit to maintaining strict confidentiality of your prompts and source materials (datasets) uploaded for training personal LoRA models within your account.
